The room was good value for money and excellent location. You can see sunrise and sunset even on the upper floor and you could go to the viewpoint on foot. The breakfast was enough for me.

Great location near the sunrise/sunset point for viewing hot air balloons. Room really lived up to its 'Majestoc' name with big jacuzzi and plenty of living space and a grand patio/sitting area. The gentleman who worked there was kind and friendly and was genuinely concerned to obtain the best prices for us for car hire services (unlike many other places in the region where people are only concerned to earn a commission). Overall, would recommend!

The room was amazing the terraces with hammock and beds to watch sunrise and the balloons crossing was magical.

The whole experience was wonderful - the hotel and rooms are beautiful! It didn’t feel overcrowded but still had a nice vibe for drinks or food whilst watching the sunset. The breakfast was incredible and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The hammam is a must do as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and super efficient in their communications. They arranged for airport pick up and any excursion that we wanted. Our balloon safari fell through due to heavy winds, but we received our money back without any problem. The rooms are spacious and the rooftop has beautiful views. The city centre is within walking distance, with ample restaurant options.

Staff is excellent, always smiling and ready to help, especially the hotel manager Sam. He was in touch with us from a week before our arrival and assisted us in booking balloon flight and other activities at reasonable prices. Property grounds are well maintained. View of sunset and flying balloons at sunrise from the terrace is gorgeous.

Very friendly staff, great location and beautiful rooftop view of sunrise and sunset

The terrace was a great spot for watching the ballons and enjoying the sunset over Goreme in July. The room was spacious and comfy and it was a cool experience staying in a cave. Breakfast has good variety for Turkey.

The staffs (2 mohammed at the reception) were extremely accomodating and hospitable. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The king cave room was superb as seen in photos thou the room is a bit dark due to lighting. A private ATV, horse backriding and jeep safari activites were arranged by the hotel. It was the best experience! (ATV sunset-a must do)
