We wanted to be out of town and in nature. Fairways fitted our wishes perfectly. The kitchen was great so I cooked in the evenings. We saw a lot of wildlife in the area including deer and a Garter snake (non-venomous).

Beautiful relaxing location surrounded by wildlife. Clean and comfortable accommodation with all required amenities. Close to hiking and swimming spots and a great little farm shop. Great host!

The two suites we rented were absolutely stunning. We had the entire upper floor to ourselves, including a billiard table. There is also a deck on which we could enjoy the sunset -- with a glass of Cowichan Valley wine, of course. David took very good care of us, ensuring we had enough for breakfast, and otherwise remaining in the background in case we had any questions (we didn't). And yes, the beds were very comfortable.

We had a spectacular view of the harbour and sunsets. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the balcony to relax and eat breakfast. Room Service was very good and so was the food. We went looking for a coffee and even though their coffee bar was closed they made an exception and whipped us up a couple lattes. Excellent service!

We loved the location on the beach, sunsets were amazing! We loved the accommodation and the facilities. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. Before we arrived the communication was brilliant, and the team also helped us book a bear watching trip. We loved being able to borrow things for the beach, it really helped make our stay fun. We would love to visit again!

The view was amazing…. Drinks for sunset and dinner out on the lawn fantastic with the local deer wildlife coming our way.
