Lots of towels, face cloths, good water pressure, nice hot shower, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Complementary breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Lovely large room with huge picture windows. We had a city view, I was expecting tall buildings but it was houses and grass and wonderful sunsets.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a strong hot shower! Well located for our needs and a fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Location was great, staff was friendly. We within a few seps of the Sky Wheel, places to eat etc. Nice hot shower.

The central location is great for exploring the falls and busy areas. The room itself was nice (we paid for a nicer room regardless). We were lucky to get a great view from our window (especially sunrise/sunset), but the windows were quite dirty, still a good view though. We spent most of our nights out all day morning to night, so this was more than enough for us to rest and recharge!

A lovely place and the breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast. It was a pleasure to sit outside on the veranda and enjoy the garden. We were able to walk down to the falls from here to see the sights.

Room, view, pool. Especially view after the sunset and indoor pool after a day of walking - incredible! Loved the whole experience. Hotel did well.

Location friendly hot shower clean

The friendliness, the service very affordable rates I haven't been to Niagara Falls since I was 12yrs old I am now 49 and the convenience that was provided by the staff was excellent I felt very at home and I am going to be booking another stay in July and it will be at the Sunset.
