It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

The staff in all the different service areas were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The Luma Hotel was an excellent choice.

Rooms clean and quiet, lots of places to eat nearby. The staff and manager were so nice and helpful . Rooftop is nice bonus as well ....

As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

Featuring modern art reproductions throughout the property, Broadway Plaza Hotel is located in the NoMad neighbourhood in New York, 400 metres from the Flatiron Building. Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. Great room, one of the best stays of my life. My room had a great terrace with a view of the Empire State Building. Super staff, big room, everything inside. No noise from the outside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff were Amazing!!! Location was the best and the 2nd floor lounge with breakfast was also a really nice touch. Will be back when we return to NYC
