As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

The people at the front desk are warm and sincere. The room was stylish and the most comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Featuring modern art reproductions throughout the property, Broadway Plaza Hotel is located in the NoMad neighbourhood in New York, 400 metres from the Flatiron Building. Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. I loved that it's in a very quiet, safe area and close to everything. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was room service every day and that they provided bottles of water every day (very useful if you plan to go out walking and sightseeing). In addition, the staff was always very friendly and attentive. I also loved that there were staff at the front desk and security at the entrance. I would love to return to this hotel when I go back to New York.

The location is perfect for accessing times square. You have all the benefits of being in Times square but none of the noise, a perfect combination. The staff were always courteous, helpful and friendly and the room had plenty of space with a lovely en suite bathroom.
