The very kind and friendly staff were there for any need, including suggesting trips or helping us with a taxi. Special thanks to Julia, with whom we tried for two nights to meet Aurora and did not give up until we were successful! I will come back to Longyearbyen with great pleasure and will definitely stay at Ruskiy Dom!
