They’ve also helped us to get a refund for one of the nights that we’ve canceled even though by mistake we clicked an option that won’t refund the money. They are paying attention to all details and care about their guests, totally! I will definitely come back!

The room was immaculate, everything fresh and new, and the view of Raouche Rock was absolutely stunning. And whenever I needed anything, it was there in a flash, making my stay feel truly special.
