The room and the entire building are modern and very clean. All the main attractions as well as the train station are within a 20 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a groceries store if you want to get a few things to eat in the room. The small kitchen is well appointed. I will stay there again if I am in León.

Breakfast was good but simple (Great coffee and toast). The whole place just got renovated so it was modern and nice. Wifi didn't work but we had a good phone reception so it was fine. Great pit stop when you go to Santander.

Great location only a short walk to the Alameda de Cervantes, a great place to pass on a summer day. All in all, quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel

Very few places deserve a 10 rating, but this one does. Simple, clean, well designed space, an easy walk to the old town. Check-in was well organized with a code prior to arrival. A good value for the price too.
