The very best thing about the stay was the really nice, helpful host Sandro! He gives a lot of detailed tips, even with maps routes and is always approachable and ready to help you with anything. He also speaks really good English, which is great if you're not fluent in Spanish. In general, the hostel is very lovingly, tastefully and comfortably furnished - with woven art on the walls and a small reading corner, a few board games, a nice lounge with a cozy fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean and is cleaned regularly. There is also a very good laundry service for 10000 CLP. We even stayed a day longer than planned because we loved it so much. :D

Merveilleux petit hôtel cosy et chaleureux à la déco originale qui va avec l'ambiance de l'île. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec vue directement sur le fleuve. Le petit déj était varié et délicieux. Le personnel est très sympathique. L'odeur du feu de bois, du feu à pellets et le parfum de l'hôtel vous fait vous sentir comme à la maison. Totalement sous le charme de cet hôtel palafito...

We really liked both the location and the place ! Very comfortable and charming with a beautiful view on the bay, fully equipped, staff and clients both very nice and welcoming. We definitely recommend!

Situation de l’établissement; grandeur de la chambre (juste assez grande) et confort du lit; vue sur l’estuaire de la chambre et de la terrasse; présence, gentillesse et qualité du rapport avec l’hôte (Vero); oui le confort était rustique mais c’est l’expérience que nous recherchions, et puis juste assez pour qu’on se sente comme en vacances au chalet.

I want to thank Pamela for the hospitality, my friends and I felt like at home. Pamela is kind, interesting in communication person, she recommended us a really delicious place to have dinner in the city (I recommend you ask too!). After visiting the oceanfront park, we returned for another night. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent, there is plenty of space on the veranda to enjoy the view of the bay and the city. Basic but excellent breakfast, fast internet. And if you love cats and dogs, you will definitely like this place. It's not a problem at all that the house is far from the city center — public transport runs often and is cheap. I recommend this place with all my heart! That's what we needed to rest between hiking and moving between cities.

I loved everything about this Hostal...The location was perfect-across the street from the bus station....My room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent...In this Hostal guests have the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water are always available...The staff really made my stay enjoyable.I want to mention Richard who was very helpful to me,even telephoning the next place I was going to in order to confirm my reservation....I want to mention Ricardo at the reception desk also....Ricardo,from Italy 🇮🇹, was also friendly and helpful...This is a lovely place to stay...Top marks...10 out of 10

Bénéficiant d’un emplacement en bord de mer, l’hébergement Cabañas Lomas de Ten Ten se trouve à Castro, à respectivement 18 km et 26 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Église Notre-Dame-de-la-Douleur et... Emplacement exceptionnel. Vue incroyable.
