How the staff treats us above everything else. They are the most wholesome and willing to help always! The rooms are amazing too

The hotel is just 15 km from Andorra La Vella, and there is free on-site parking. The Ordino-Arcalís ski station is just over 4 km away. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The area is popular for skiing, and ski equipment hire is available at this 3-star hotel. Very good! Clean, new, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff, wifi works, heating works, spaceious, comfortable, very quiet. I loved it.

The property is 8.1 km from Meritxell sanctuary, and within 400 metres of the city centre. Pictures says it all. The hotel is beautiful in a square next to everything. I was upgrade to a junior suite so nice that I want to project my room similar to it. It has everything u need and more. Unfortunately I could not go to the private spa for personal reason so I have the perfect excuse to come back. The Stuff is super warm and helpful. Everything is very cozy. I try the Solomillo from the restaurant that blow my mind. The breakfast is a buffet style but u can ask for some warm dishes that are superb.

This recently renovated apartment is located 17 km from Meritxell sanctuary and 3.1 km from Golf Vall d'Ordino. The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and organising tours for guests. It's very cozy, comfortable and fully furnished apartment close to Ordino Arcalís ski resort. Inside you can find all what you just can imagine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TV's, even the iron! All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees. Take a look, if you have electro car, they have charger for it in garage!

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
