The place was perfectly located to the Old Town (5 min walk) which is what we were looking for. in addition, the family-owned staff could not do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. Impeccably clean and well managed.

Hotel is new, clean and quit in old Phuket town. Bim and Ake are really friendly, ready to help you with everything what you are needing or looking for. They gave us many info, tips, proposals and it was a pitty, that we spent there just one night. They picked us up in the morning and we had awesome breakfast in the local restaurant with them. The staff were really nice. The organized a taxi for us to drive to the pier. The air conditioning on the room we booked (Air) was broken, but they gave us another room with an extra bed (fire) which was even better for us. The air conditioning was the best ones we had in Thailand- not to hot and not to cold. Clean, every day we got fresh drinking water. The location is perfect. In the old town but in a small street - there is a market with street food there that opens until 17.00 o’clock, next to it a durian shop (everything you can wish made with durian) and at the corner a very famous “Thai pancake” street food vendor.

Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

    it was very clean with a good location, I have paid similar prices for other properties and usually when it’s on the cheaper side, they tend to scrimp on cleanliness which was definitely not the case. modern furniture and not dated, good value for money. staff were friendly.
