There can be no better location to get anywhere on foot in San Marino. The room was comfortable and had all necessary services. Breakfast was super fresh, tasty and fulfilling but healthy, in a beautiful cozy hall. And the staff were all so unbelievably friendly... but then again that was how every single Sammarinese behaved throughout our stay. Thank you, La Grotta. And thank you, San Marino.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Andrea was incredibly friendly and welcoming - he greeted us with a bottle of local wine and was always available to help with any questions we had. The location is perfect for exploring the historical center, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops just steps away. One of the highlights was enjoying the breathtaking sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine - it was truly unforgettable. Parking was not expensive, and Andrea kindly arranged a discount for us. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to return!
