I was also pleasantly surprised by the preparation and timing.     Beautiful art flat. Spacy and fully furnished. Nice design. Quiet place and nice views from widows. Location is also quiet with available parking. Walking to the city center takes only approx. 15 minutes. We got more information through message and we didn't have to wait for anyone to open a door for us.
