Pretty much everything; it is a beautifully refurbished and stylish house, with all modern appliances, including air conditioning; it has a large car parking on site; easiest check-in and check-out we have experienced as it is through a digital code/ locking systems; bedroom furniture is lovely with a mixture of modern and old; location is superb in the hot spring area (caldeira) of Furnas and at walking distance to the village centre; great views to hot-springs and the mountains. The house is like a 5 star hotel!

Very nice hotel. The room was big with its own bathroom. I loved the big bathtub! And the view from the balcony (3rd floor) was so beautiful. I highly appreciate that there was a cattle with two cups and tea (black and green) as well as a big beautiful bottle of local mineral water in the room. The tea and water were refilled every day when the maids cleaned up the room. The bedding sheets smelled fresh and the bed was big and comfortable. There was also an extra blanket if you feel chilly. There was a really nice chain of lights attached to the wall behind the bed that gave a cozy light. Additionally, there were two table lamps on each side of the bed and a big room light. The balcony had two curtains, one see through curtain to keep insects out and a thick curtain to keep the room dark at night. They did a good job. A second pool was being renovated while I was there which should be ready to be used in July 2023. I didn't get to use the pools because the weather was too chilly and sun and rain alternated too often, so I preferred the hot springs in the city instead, but in the peak of summer they would be really nice to have. The hotel was super quiet and the staff was friendly and speaks fluent English and French. I really enjoyed my stay. I don't understand why this hotel has only 1 star. It should be at least 2, if not 3. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely everything was breathtaking. Sãozinha was so hospitable, her homemade jam was amazing. The view from the balcony is to die for. There is a dedicated parking space for a rental car, and in the village you can just walk to the shops or the beach. We were blown away.

Accommodation was excellent! Stunning view, modern equipment, very clean, and even a great balcony with a hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen and even a parking space. For us, this village is the most beautiful on the island. We highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was even nicer than we expected—honestly, even better than the pictures online. Our child absolutely adored the cats and dog, which added such a sweet and homely touch to our stay.     Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location. The room was spotless, well furnished with a very comfy bed. There was also a tv with streaming services. The communal kitchenette was very useful and we loved the ducks and chickens in the back yard. Communication with the host was very easy.

    Filipe was a fantastic host - we appreciated the coffee and local bread/ muffins left for us. The house was very clean and comfortable. Was nice to have a washing machine. TV was great. Location was perfect to walk into Furnas. Any comment or suggestion we made to Filipe was dealt with immediately, you can tell he really really wants his guests to be happy.
