Everything, the hotel was amazing – everything was clean, well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I totally recommend this hotel in Bethlehem. The location is just perfect, in the heart of the city. The owner and his family are so nice. The room is small, but has everything you need - and even more! From basic stuff for kitchen, like tea, coffee, sugar, plates, mugs, a fridge and even a small stoven. I was suprised to see they have also lots of ammenities, hairdrier and iron. Bed is comfortable. There is heating in the room. WiFi works perfectly. Amazing place!

When we arrived, the warm welcome we received was unlike any other. The staff was incredibly friendly and promptly escorted us to our room. They provided us with detailed explanations, ensuring our stay got off to a great start. What was particularly surprising was the affordability of everything on the premises, which was unexpected given the room prices. The museums and gallery added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a period of conflict, but the staff continued to look after us, ensuring our safety and well-being. Despite the challenging circumstances, I still wholeheartedly recommend visiting this hotel. It’s a testament to the fact that you don’t need to fear visiting Bethlehem even in the current situation. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. A special thanks to Bisher and Marouan for their exceptional service.
