Great value. Super clean. Quiet and restful. Great hot water shower. Beautiful garden. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Good location, easy to walk down to main road with eateries and to pick up public transportation.

The little things made a big difference — warm welcome, great coffee (rare in the Philippines!), and every staff member greeting us with a smile. The main building is beautiful, and the resort has a nice pool plus volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts — easy to spend the whole day here. I’ve stayed at over 50 places in the Philippines, and this is the best by far, especially for the price. Huge thanks to the amazing staff who were always helpful and made us feel so welcome.

An unforgettable honeymoon experience! We had an incredible stay at Balihao Resort and Restaurant during our honeymoon. The facilities are outstanding — the design, decoration, and natural surroundings are truly one of a kind and create a magical atmosphere. From the very first moment, the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable for us. Their service was simply exceptional. We were also lucky enough to meet the owners and learn more about this beautiful and unique project — it made the experience even more meaningful. And last but not least, the food was top quality. My stay at Hidden Tourist Inn was like a vacation to Heaven. The cozy bungalows are immersed in an amazing garden, full of beautiful plants, trees and flowers, providing shadow and privacy. Bungalows are also equipped with a table and chairs, protected by a waterproof big umbrella. When sitting outside in the evening you can hear the sound of the waves from the sea that is just across the road. They have air-conditioning for an extra charge, in case you want to use the service, otherwise you can just use the fan provided for free in the room. Keep in mind that there is not hot water in the shower, however it was very hot, so I did not need it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They also have a bungalow equipped with an eating table, chairs and a kitchen (stoven is present but is not in use, probably for safety reasons). Common areas offer a fridge, dispenser for room temperature water, a dispenser for cold/hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, tables and chairs, ... and a reception. There is WiFi but the signal could be not so strong all over the property. On request they can arrange transportation from the port/airport, motorbike/scooter rental, or private tuktuk with driver rental if, like me, you are not driving. It is easily accessible from the city center with public tuk tuk transportation for just 15PHP per person per ride, using the green tuk tuk, R-2 TUPSAN. Last bit not least, Bon and Rodrigo are so friendly and kind. Always available for an advice or just for a chat, providing that extra value to your stay. I travelled solo but I was not feeling alone. I hope to come back to visit them.

Wonderful house up in the mountains with a great everchanging view. The temperature is nice and cool up there, no need for AC. Breakfast was really really good with fresh food from the garden and home baked bread. Most importantly, Gelt and Janice are the best hosts who are happy to tell you about the island if you're interested, make the best ice cream and simply do everything to make you feel at home.

Amazing little house, we had 2 floors for the 2 of us and good choose which bed we wanted. It was a really calm quiet environment, lovely owner, great perfectly new scooter for rent at a good price. Just an amazing stay.
