We had to postpone our arrival time several times and finally arrived very late. The owner was very understanding and showed us everything when we arrived in the dark. The place is great! Very clean, modern and with everything you need. Since it was dark, the light in the campsite was especially great. We were also recommended to hike up the rock, which was a great experience. From up there, we had a nice 360 degrees view. On your way to Etosha or when in the area, this is the place to go.

A great spot to break up a long drive. Nice and spacious room with a nice view for animal watching. Was fun to watch the animals come quite close to the restaurant during dinner and in the afternoon close to the pool. Would’ve been nice to have some lighter and more affordable food options and to not have a very high price for dinner where almost nothing was impressive.

    This was our first 2 nights after a long overnight flight and the location, staff and wonderful animals on the lodge grounds all blew us away. We loved the home-cooked Namibian dinners and hot breakfast. Every staff member was kind and helpful. This is somewhere you should stay at without hesitation.

    Spacious clean rooms on a property with free-roaming animals, ideally located when going north from Windhoek. Family-owned and run. All very new. The owners chose a very clean style with comes over a little bare after staying in sometimes overly decorated lodges. Close to Waterberg NP if you have time.
