The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bed sheet, blanket, and a cozy bed that made for a good night’s rest. The bathroom was large with good water pressure, two mirrors, and even a small cube of soap provided. I also liked the thoughtful touches such as the wooden towel hanger and standing fan. Right outside the room, there’s a dining table overlooking the owner’s beautifully maintained garden, a perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful greenery. Dinner prepared by the owners (upon request) was delicious and felt home-cooked with care. Mr. Chaluka and his wife are genuinely kind and helpful hosts who go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. They also offer safari tours at reasonable prices, and for those interested in authentic Ayurveda treatments or spa sessions, Mr. Chaluka can also help arrange great options.

This stay was great, surrounded by lush nature and has very clean spacious rooms! WiFi is great for working remotely. We stayed there for 2 nights and couldn't be happier, with the service provided by the hosts, we had our meals here all home made (breakfast included and lunch and dinner with some extra costs). It's a family owned business and we truly felt like a part of their family while staying there. They arranged for us sunrise hike and a safari all with ok pricing. Highly recommend to stay here is you have Sigiriya in your itinerary.

The couple running the homestay was fantastic! They were very welcoming, cooked really great dinner and breakfast and welcomed us with homemade passionfruit juice! They also helped to arrange a tour of the area and even drove us to our next stay in Anuradhapura themselves which was a very enjoyable drive. The room was also perfect, clean and comfortable.

We wanted to feel different Sri Lanka and this place was the best choose, a must try experience. First of all because there you may get the best national food, won’t get such in any restaurant (if you get lucky try not only breakfast but also dinner, we were :) ).     The location of the farm was excellent, you will find yourself in places you would not come otherwise. Pradeep's place is very well maintained, we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and they were quite basic but that's what we wanted. If you are up for more luxury there are four new rooms which are all very modern and super clean! The farm is great and staff super friendly and helpful. It was a great way to get a peek in actual sri lankan culture. Would definitely recommend going here!

    As a local couple we went there on 13th May 2024, Location was very calm and quiet, Bedroom and Bathroom were very clean and new. Air conditioning, television, hot water and hair drier was available there. Food was delicious and the way serve food was eye catching. Owners were very friendly and kind people. Prices were very reasonable. We hope to go there again.

    Very clean and comfortable, the staff were smiley and friendly, willing to help where able. The location is ideal for access to the busy centre but far enough away that you don't have the noise that goes with it. The beautiful views made the already enjoyable and filling breakfast, even better. AC and fan worked well!
