Lovely little hostel, owner is very friendly and always on hand to help with things. Nice kitchen area so you could prepare your own food if you wished. Very central location but still quiet. Lovely coffee and croissants

Our stay at Samlee's Garden was amazing. The owners were super nice and extremely helpful. And the cats and the dog were very cute and cuddely If you have the chance to stay there do it. It was definitely the best guesthouse of our whole trip!!!

This place is run by one of the most hospitality friendly guy we ever met, his name is Wadu.....and he takes care of everything. You can ask him every question you have and he sort it out for you. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool to cool of after a hot day. Also you can pay with several cards and need no piles of cash for you stay. The only minor thing is that the location is a bit far from the center but every evening they provide a free ride to the center and back to the hotel. We can stronly reconmend this place in Pakse.

Very comfortable beds and a big room. Location was good and lots of toilets and showers too. The breakfast was good and was included in the price also. Lots of nice common space and a space to work too

Tina is one of the best hosts I have met in Laos and maybe SE Asia - she speaks very good English, she is very attentive to any of your needs, she is super knowledgeable about the city and country in general and she can organize anything you need. She and her assistants prepare delicious food, the rooms are nice and clean, Wi-Fi is strong. She even invited me to join a party dinner on the first night of my stay. When I return to South Laos I will definitely be staying here again!

After roughing it a bit at Si Phan, this place seemed quite luxurious. Nice rooftop pool, good breakfast, good size room with view of the Mekong, extremely clean, huge bed! The staff were very pleasant. The roadworks that a few reviews mentioned didn't bother us at all. Local dining options are limited, but for Thai Lao fusion food, head out the hotel front door and turn left and then take the first left street. Walk approx 100 or so metres to just beyond the 2 zebra crossings and on the right is Cham Pahom Restaurant. From the outside it looks a bit rough but it's actually very interesting and quirky on the inside, full of antiques and curios. The food is excellent and inexpensive, ice cold beer. Run by an interesting Thai bloke with great staff.
