Make sure to complete pre check in (send passport photos etc) before hand. Entry code is easy to use and very convenient! Extremely cleanly unit. Incredibly spacious accommodation compared to most hotels in Japan. Easy to find location from Hakata Station (follow tracks and you’re there), also there’s an amazing Sentō (bathhouse) nearby, however, the bath in the unit is amazing! Press 給湯 to get hot water out (preset to 40 C, can be adjusted) and select amount of liters. Super cool!! Press おいだき to reheat bath!!!! Amazing. Very comfortable beds, good sound proofing. I would love to stay here again! Self check in and self check out went very smoothly.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. I stayed here for 3 days with my parents, and what we loved the most was that the room was much more spacious than most hotels in Japan. We had quite a lot of luggage, but even so, the space felt comfortable and easy to move around, which made a big difference. The modern interior gave it a calm, cozy atmosphere, especially with the soft netting above the bed, which made the space relaxing. The mattress and bedding were very soft and comfortable, and I slept so well during my stay. The location is also excellent, about a 4-minute walk from Gion Station (the walk from exit 1 is the fastest way to get to the hotel) and one stop from Hakata, so it was really convenient for getting around. But what impressed me the most was the kindness of the hotel managers. We had a small issue and contacted the front desk, and they came right away to help and even checked in with us afterward to make sure everything was alright. They didn’t hesitate to offer help and made us feel truly cared for.They were so warm, friendly, and genuine that it left a deep impression on us. Their attitude made the whole experience feel even more special. After the trip, my parents and I talked about how much we enjoyed our stay, and we all said that if we ever come back to Fukuoka, we’d definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
