Highly recommended. This is the kind of place you’re sad to leave. A beautifully renovated old house overlooking the marina and just a few steps to the middle of the old town. Everything is new, sparklingly clean, and extremely stylish. It’s high tech, with screens to operate the aircon and lights and touchpads for entering the premises and room. The bathroom was gorgeous. Our room had an espresso machine, a safe, minibar and a nice touch was the snacks. There was a huge balcony outside our room overlooking the marina. Nico, the property manager, was very helpful and welcoming. Check-in isn’t until 4pm so he was only too happy for us to leave our bags when we arrived in town early. Nico’s son was equally charming and helpful. 10 minutes walk from the railway station.

The position in the Marina - it was spacious and unique with super views. A pleasant walk into town but there are lots of restaurants to choose from and you can purchase chilled bottles of wine to take away from these too!. We also enjoyed watching all the fish swim past. I.liked the fact that another bedroom csn be seperatrd off to for privacy if needed.

It’s apartment studio with small kitchenette, Fridge and small dining table inside the room. Very tidy and clean with grand bathroom. The owner is very friendly. They don’t have lift. Parking with blue line is just nearby. Grocery store is just one block from the place. The beach is 200 meters down. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and they gave standard breakfast ( one croissant and coffee ).

The appartment layout was very interesting and pleasant, renovated in a lovely way, reminiscent of an inside of a trulli house, almost. Feauring a kitchen area, a sitting area on one side and bedroom with another set of beds on the other, it really took advantage of all the space given. Host was very flexible with our arrival hour, for which we are very grateful.

    A good location close to Manfredonia which is very quiet in October. The apartment is on two levels with a large roof terrace that wasn't really usable in Autumn, but could probably be a super asset in the summer. The hostess Laura was very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was very clean, although the showers could have used some maintenance. Security is first class and the underground garage really useful and usable. Parking opposite the apartment was also always possible during our stay. Fast,stable Internet.
