The location was lovely, and the terrace was beautiful. The host was also very kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The apartment exceeded my expectations. This is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend, and parking is available. Highly recommend! I will return.

Everything was just perfect. The place was very cosy and had everything we needed. Also incredibly clean. It is a great place if you want to visit Mt Terminilo. The host was extremely helpful and helped us with a restaurant booking and even gave us a contact of a guide who took us for a hike in the mountain, which was the best day of our trip. Everything was much much better than we expected. Thank you!

Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.

The house was a cosy, located close to the heart of the evening activities. A party of 4 could stay here comfortably as there are separate places for TV and sofa, and even a kitchen. Every room is adequately heated. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice warm blanket. The water heats up quickly - so important on a cold night. The area comes alive especially at night, with restaurants and cafes. Carrefour is close by as well. Tatiana, my hostess, took very good care of me throughout my stay. I arrived early but did not have to wait long to be checked in as her husband came to check me in. That night was cold and when I asked for help to raise the temperature in the house, she arrived quickly to reset the temperature with her husband's help. From arrival, Tatiana sent me various suggestions of places to eat, snacks, desserts, and helped to connect me with people for various activities, and gave me advice on transportation. When she heard I wanted to visit a sanctuary that was not easily accessible, she took me there the next day and even helped me with the translation during the tour. In short, she treated me like a friend from out of town rather than a guest at her B&B. When we caught up in Rome a few days later, she continued to show me around. She and her warm family members (I met her husband and son) will remain one of my best memories of Italy.

    A lovely spacious light, clean and comfortable room well renovated including the bathroom. Great location too. Breakfast was provided and had all we needed. Could help ourselves to cake and coffee as well. A great place to stay and highly recommended. Lovely host too.

    The location is superb, the Villa itself is historical and charming, with a great dining room and a lovely terrace. The staff is kind and the service is very good. Very clean. Dinner in the restaurant was great. The rooms are a bit outdated perhaps and have no coffee / tea making facilities but this is quite typical of Italy. They were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
