For my needs, this was the best value for money and an amazing experience in Limone. Some elements that are super important for me and the property delivered: - very good location (close to the promenade area leading to the center and the beach - next to a river with stunning mountain views around) - super clean (even if the private bathroom is outside the room, it was very clean, hot water etc) - I could lock the door with a key - one of the best/most balanced breakfasts I have ever had in Italy (eggs, vegetables, cheese, olives + great watermelon and pastry/delicious bread + coffee) - kept me full for many hours; PS: ham + yogurt were also available, but I am not eating - good value for money considering it is summer in Limone - the accommodation rates are crazy -BestOne restaurant reccommendation and 10% discount - one of the best restaurants in town and 4 mins away from this villa

    Great location you can walk to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the terrace is very good. If you book a deluxe double room with balcony and lake view, the view is outstanding and the balcony is a good size. A real bonus is the direct access to the lake through the beautiful gardens of the hotel (they provide names and labels of all their trees and herbs) and the deck chairs they provide at the bottom amongst their olive trees. The pool is also great and very clear.

    Location, amenities, staff, pool, and did I mention the location ☺️ We were greeted by a really lovely girl at reception and advised of all we needed to know. Rooms were basic but spotlessly clean, the entire property was very clean. Breakfast was good, nice choices and great coffee ☺️ We stayed 2 nights as we were touring to other locations but would have loved to stay a bit longer
