We liked the space, cleanliness and the location with the amazing view over the mountains and olive trees. The location was nearby Sestri Levante. From this place we explored the Italian riviera (visited cinque terre as well as Portofino, Santa Margeritha and all the other great places in the Ligure region). Veronica was amazing. She is a great host! She makes the most delicious pastries for breakfast. The blueberry cake was favourite! She made us feel welcome and took great care of us during our stay for 9 days. We would definitely recommend and come back!

A 5-star apartment with sea views and sunsets from our terrace. Everything was plus- plus. The earlier check-in that was possible. Very nice welcome of Mrs Carolina. Rapid communication by whatsapp. We were surprised with the spacious apartment with all modern facilities. Beautiful sea views from the terrace and living room and kitchen. We watched the sunset every evening. We fell in love with Sestri Levante. The centre of town, the beautiful beaches. We could swim every day at the beach at 50 meters from the apartment. Or at the Silent beach which is beautiful! And that in November! With other words; we come back!

Exceptional attention to detail and service from the owner, Francesco. He provided an explanation of the local area and highlighted the best restaurants to dine at with amazing local insight. The ambiente of the whole hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an accomodation with direct contact to the uper garden. It was very helpful with our golden retriever. He was also very friendly welcome. The breakfast offered good quality and big choice. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in the villa.

    We booked last minute, around 9pm, we arrivés with our 2 child (4 & 7) that were not announced and the owner welcomed us with pleasure. Thé room was really big and matress very comfy. A kitchen is available to Cook, some cakes as a présent. Very clean, cosy and nothing missing. I recommend +++ Thanks a lot

    Thsis a lovely country property - everything in solid oak. My stay was just overnight so difficult to tell the view, but lovely kitchen - everything to make use of. Good DIY breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom
