The apartment looks just like the pictures. It is brand new, comfortable and clean. Everything works great, from AC, smart TV, Wi-Fi, shower with hot water and great water pressure etc. My partner and I are very sensitive to noise and light, so we appreciated the quiet surroundings and the roller shutters in the bedroom. The owner is extremely kind, we even received some welcome gifts, and were offered early check-in and late check-out. The location was great for us, just a short stroll down to the beach, which was totally empty when we were there in June. There is also a lovely bar if you want to get food, drinks and some shade.

Great location, center of Novalja, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Breakfast was great. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Brilliant and helpfull host, truly a great apartment for the price. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean, same applies to the kitchen/living area, the bathroom and the large terrace. AC in all rooms. Parking situated right infront of the building. Sea just a few steps away. We even booked an additional night to explore Pag Idland more. Truly a 10* stay and I will make sure to book this again.

The room was very neat and clean, with a fresh renovation, modern bathroom facilities, and air conditioning. We had a large terrace with a sea view, just as we requested. The breakfasts were delicious. There was a clean swimming pool, and the beach was only a short walk away, about 4-5 minutes. We could also reach the party beach within a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel owners were very kind and friendly, always helping us with any questions we had.
