Bathroom was amazing! Very spacious shower which was very powerful! The property itself was very clean and it had everything you needed. The little breakfast hamper and milk, water and fresh orange juice in the fridge were a lovely touch.

We felt so at home from the moment we arrived Nigel & Robina were wonderful , we felt so at home . It was great to be off the beaten track , yet close to stately homes , quaint villages , all things Jane Austin and an hour from Portsmouth. The house is so beautiful , we enjoyed learning about the history . Personalized service at breakfast , excellent food . Robins recommended the nearby Ye old George Inn for dinner . We loved it and food was excellent. Bed was soft for us but we just prefer a firmer bed . Lovely grounds to explore . Easy parking right in front .

An excellent appartment in a cosy and beautiful surrounding and a high standard. We were there for two weeks and we wished we can stay any longer. The hosts were very welcomimg. From this spot you can travel to the nicest sigtseeings.

Relaxing stay in a quiet location on a country estate outside Petersfield. The town centre and shops are a short drive away. The accommodation was warm in winter weather and heating levels can be adjusted. Exceptional accommodation. Great care has obviously been taken with every detail. Most times it’s the little things that make all the difference and Jenna has thought of everything- for us the underfloor heating in the bathroom & kitchen was a game changer and we loved the personal touches that made for a real homely feel.

We were a large group coming from Ireland to attend a wedding close by, and this was the ideal place to stay. It’s a beautiful, English countryside pub/guest house, with a warm, cozy vibe. Headed by the friendly owner, the staff couldn’t do enough for us all. Highly recommend.
