We didn't have many expectations of this location, and it was delightful, and beautiful, with attentive hosts and a resident rooster. The room was wonderfully decorated, the bathroom was large, and the breakfast was made to order, with eggs from their chickens. There's a lot of love that was put into this place to turn it into a bed and breakfast. We stayed in a dozen B&Bs and hotels during our three weeks in the UK and Ireland, and this location was very affordable and our favourite hands down.

This was a great location. If I had known it was as close to Snowden Mountain then I would have just stayed at this location. We arrived late (after closing time) and the hosts were gracious enough to let us in even though the place was in darkness. If you are going to be later than 9 p.m. arrival please let them know in advance...we did not. The breakfast was great, the bed was extremely comfortable and the evening meal was fabulous. They have a dining room and a bar right on the premises and the food was the best that we have had so far. I would highly recommend staying here. Excellent place to stay.

    Beautiful location spotlessly clean and super homely feel about the place an absolute gem of a place.. we arrived in torrential rain on our motorbikes and the owners did everything possible to get our completely saturated clothing dry for our morning departure.. We left with full belly’s and dry clothes after our beautiful man sized full breakfasts .. location is stunning and the pub a 10 minute walk away is another little gem… Thanks for a lovely stop over… Steve , Chris , Adrian …

    Lovely view from our room. Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Ideal area for quiet break but need a car as not anything around hotel. Conservatory looking over sea lovely place to eat. Good choice if eating evening meal here.
