Laurent was a lovely host. The location was just minutes from the Metro, good supermarkets close by. The room was comfortable, lovely shower, and breakfast excellent. It was excellent value for money.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location is perfect, super close to the metro station. In 30 minutes you’re in the center. The studio is perfect for one or two people and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The host was very friendly, gave us the keys upon arrival, and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place will make you feel at home. A sweet little house having a nice kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker and cooking utensils. La Dhuys Metro is just opposite to this house and supermarket is 5 mins away. It also has a washing machine to do your laundry. The owner is a very sweet and kind hearted person and he welcomed me to their property with a very warm and loving gesture.

I loved everything, from the location to the cozy studio and the thoughtful hosts. The apartment is clean and cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a home-cooked meal. The а metro and RER are close by. I really liked Monterey, with its beautiful streets and variety of cafes and restaurants serving delicious food. The Vincennes Chateau, Park, and Zoo are relatively close by, so you can spend a whole day in the area. It's convenient for getting to Paris and all the main attractions. If the opportunity arises, we would be happy to return and stay again in this small, cozy place.

Host is very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in once the room is available, which is extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The only problem is the shower drainage but all in all it is a great place to stay. Keep up the Good work.
