Where do i even start! We loved everything about this place! The room was very clean and beautiful, spacious and felt like home! The hotel offers you free water, coffee, tea and snacks 24h, and you don’t find that even in 5-stars hotels, which makes me wonder how this hotel and 1-star only, it definitely deserves more!!! The hotel is near the beaches and all of the attractions, you can go everywhere by walking distance! The staff was the nicest people I’ve ever met, the guys in the kitchen were so polite and friendly, they served us everything and held conversations with us! And what to say about the front desk staff! Both of them were amazing! They chatted with us, helped us with everything we needed and made sure that everything was perfect ALL. THE. TIME! A BIG THANK YOU to everyone, for everything you did for us! A special thank you to Frederic, the guy is the coolest person I’ve met, we wish we could have seen him too before leaving! He held our bags, gave us all the advices where to go and where to eat and what to see without even asking him and was full of energy! Benidorm is so pretty and this hotel with its people is even prettier!

We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect for those who come to enjoy the sea, just a few steps from the beach. The reception service was outstanding – we always left our room keys at the front desk when going to the beach, and everything was smooth and convenient. A special thanks goes to Victor, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and also arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended!

Its an amazing hotel definitely best in Benidorm its impossible to suggest them change something to be better bc everything already perfect. First of all its team that works in this hotel they shows highest standart of hospitality, every request or question immediately answeared or resolved feeling like you talk with good friends. Eduardo, Leonid, Anna Maria and all rest of the team - you are the best, your hospitality made our state unforgettable, thank you! Food delicious and various, fruits, vegetables a lot in every breakfast and dinner, being vegan family we always found many option for us. Clean! Extremely clean and fresh everywhere! I recommend everybody visit SPA for very small charge you will get 1 hour of pleasure) After all i would like to say that Hotel HELIOS in Benidorm is one of the best hotels where i stayed ever and is a the best hotel in Benidorm.

We had an awesome room with a private balcony (as booked ) right on the sea front. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including many freshly cooked items on the menu together with lots of healthy options. The restaurant had a large balcony very close to the sea with superb views where you could have breakfast. Dinner - the food was so delicious. There was a huge range of dishes. The staff were so lovely, helpful and very professional.

The apartment was clean and very spacious. We only stayed 1 night but it had everything we needed. Great location and easy to walk the 10 minutes down the hill to the sea - beware thought, the walk back up is hard!!! Easy to contract the host who met us there with the keys.

    Beautiful inside, don’t let the outside put you off. Really comfy beds. Owner very nice. Very clean. Central to the square, beach & bars. Ideal location. Pool area is lovely. Very secure, gate locked at all times & need a key to enter also need the key to open the main door which felt safe.

    Everything is superb with this hotel. It's beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard, spotlessly clean and in an ideal location. The breakfast was delicious and the so was the food we bought in the pool bar. We had the best stay and could not find any negative. Beds and rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff are very attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend and can't wait to visit again

    I've stayed here a few times now,never no complaints, staff all very friendly and helpful,I would call this place "cheap and cheerful". In an excellent location 5 minutes from beach,just got a new front reception very modern..for a single traveller or couple on a budget this is an ideal place to stay.

    this small and friendly hotel is in an ideal location for the beach and for wandering down and around the old town. The rooms are always very clean and always a warm welcome from the reception staff when you arrive.The breakfast is continental and has a good range of items and presented very nicely and the breakfast room is very light and airy and spotlessly clean.
