As parents we loved this place because there are lots of things to do with the child: baby pool with slides, jungle gym, playgrounds, trains, different shows. We also liked the swimming pool and the view from it. Breakfast was awesome (a huge variety of food: Chinese and western). The location was great for us because we’ve rented a car (the hotel has a free parking lot). 5 minutes walk to the beach. We loved the lady who cleaned our room every morning: she did her job brilliantly and helped us to set up the baby bed for our son.

I have travelled to many countries and cities around the world and this is the hotel I have been most satisfied with so far. The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...
