Central location. Beautiful looking hotel with modern decor. Friendly staff. The sauna area was an added treat. We had the place to ourselves. The mountain views surrounding the whole town were picturesque. Lovely outdoor terrace for dinner & drinks. Cute town, great base for us (we had a car) to spend the day doing Grindelwald/interlaken (1 hr drive) without having to pay the hugely expensive prices of those towns. And also mount Pilatus which was only 25min. I would recommend this hotel for sure

We loved everything! Evi is a lovely host and answered all our questions :) The Gädeli made us feel right at home and kept us warm during our winter stay. This place provides wonderful amenities including a well equipped kitchen, heated floors (particularly in the bathroom), large windows to take in the views of the mountains and is conveniently located within walking distance to trails, the lake, local grocer and train station. We highly recommend staying at the Gädeli!

We had the most amazing time and the house was perfect for us, it was spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed supplied. The beds were the most comfortable too. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home including Lucky. The most amazing part was the views which you can’t describe until your sat in the lovely garden enjoying a coffee. Perfect private room to stay in. There are 3 rooms in the flat. Kitchenne has everything whay you might need. There's microwave and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. Free bottle of water too. Bathroom insanely big and great :-) there's a little tarrace to enjoy the view.
