Everything was top notch. Rooms were modern, comfy and exceptionally clean. The host was superb, welcomed us to the apartment and gave us recommendations on what to do and visit. She even came to notify us about one place we planned to visit which was closed due to maintenance (saved us a lot of time). Room had a beautiful terrace with mountain view.

Welcoming greeting, great being able to park right at the hotel. Very comfortable room and fantastic location right in the old town. Did not have breakfast, however we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty.

Was a proper hotel with all facilities. Cleaning and arranging the room every day. Buffet breakfast and dinner if you choose for it. Good food options for both. Ski rental place included, kids ski school represented next to reception very convenient to arrange it. Located next to gondolas taking you up till 1900m out of max 2000m. Also the ski school taking place in same area even closer to hotel. I consider this a bit better than locations in Zell am See center.

My wife & I stayed here in the 1st week of May 2025. The Location was next to the Lake just a 1 min walk. Town centre was also just 3 min walk. Train Station was just 5 - 7 min walk. The apartment was on the 1st floor facing Main street. It has an elevator. The owner has a store in the same building. The owner was very cooperative. She gave us an early check in. Thank you for that. I would recommend others to stay at this property.

Situated in beautiful location with serene surroundings. We could travel easily to top of Salzburg, groslockner, Innsbruck, kristelwalten . Property was very clean and host was excellent. Groceries next to the property . Zell am zee card which was provided was very useful in going to various spots . We could go to top of Salzburg without any cost due to that .

Loved this hotel! We had a fantastic stay here, everything was great. We were welcomed with a much needed drink and checked in very quickly by friendly staff with perfect English. Our rooms were a decent size, but we also really enjoyed the many communal areas (bar, gorgeous pool, gym, sauna, lovely outside deck). It's in a handy central location but has its own parking which was useful. Breakfast was fantastic. And we rented their e bikes which were much cheaper than other outfits in town, great fun!
