This is not just a nice and small boutique hotel, it is actually a total (and brilliant) concept! Very well thought trough and implemented! Amazing location right at the lake, great design immediately making you feel at home and relaxed; and wonderful staff trying to do everything to make you feel at home. Good and honest food and drinks (breakfast and some dishes for lunch; drinks and snacks at the Honesty Bar). I was also very happy with the charger for my car (Austria is still lagging behind in this respect).

Amazing location, absolutely stunning views, easy to reach all the main attractions, nice and quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast with delicious coffee. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable with all the necessary conveniences and a balcony. Parking was free, easily accessible and with enough parking space.

I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Great place! The location is very convenient, three minutes from the ferry and from the bus station. Magical view of the lake. The apartment is very quiet, good to sleep. The apartment has everything you need. I really enjoyed this holiday.

We were impressed by how well the property has been maintained, preserving its historic charm and character. It’s a truly beautiful place that effortlessly brings history to life, offering a glimpse into the elegance of the past. The apartment was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. It was incredibly comfortable, with an excellent layout with plenty of space for our extended family of six to relax and enjoy. The covered alfresco was a lovely addition, perfect for reading a book or simply just having a cup of coffee to admire the amazing view. The apartment provided everything we needed for a truly memorable stay (7 days). Michael, our host, was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. One evening, we shared a delightful nightcap (red wine ☺️) in their cozy café, enjoying lighthearted chit-chat with him and his lovely mom. He even invited all of us to join his family for our very first hockey match to cheer on the EC Red Bull Salzburg, which was an unforgettable experience. Michael truly went above and beyond, proving himself to be not only a an exceptional host but also a genuinely great guy. Just to add the drive to Salzburg is roughly 30 - 35 mins and the drive to the neighbouring villages like Strobl (12 to 15 mins), Sankt Wolfgang (under 20 mins) and Hallstat (40 - 45 mins). Highly recommended!!

This accommodation was perfect for us (my husband, our 2 year old son and me). Our son loved the playground and all the animals that were around. (Especially the little bunnies). The apartment was big, clean and had everything we needed. You can order fresh bread from the baker every day. Sankt Gilgen is a really beautiful town and is only 5 min by car. The hostess was really nice. We had nothing to complain about, perfect holiday!
