The host family from Constantino that I communicated with and the website to Mr. Bobby and Mrs. Maria are fantastic people. Mr. Bobby and Mrs. Maria made us feel very much at home and we had about an hour long conversation with them while we were having breakfast. My son, also Bobby, said when we had left that they were some of the nicest people he has ever met and I would agree.

Moreover, the rooms are very nicely decorated and equiped, clean, tidy and cozy. It was an absolute pleasure spending time there. The host cared about every little detail and left in the rooms materials on what to see in Galaxidi and the surrounding area. She even left complementary welcome gifts, which is realy heartwarming. The host was also very throughtful of our privacy regarding to agree on times when to refresh the bed sheets. To conclude, being experienced travellers in Greece, I would confidently say that Galaxidaki is among the best accomodations in the country, and would be happy to spend time there again.

Although it is a bit difficult to get there by car on the narrow streets, it is easily accessible. I definitely recommend it; it is worth staying here if you want to visit the sights of the region (e.g. Osios Loukas monastery, Delphoi); but Arachova itself is also very beautiful.
