The host helped us for the transfert from/to the airport for a fare price. He expected us in front of the apartment at the very late hour we've arrived. And the check-out was very easy and smooth. The taxi, both times was very punctual and the driver very kind and friendly. The location is great - 2km radius are the main sightseeing points from the city. A lot of small and big supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, in the area. Very warm apartment.

We were very happy in this apartment. The staff was very helpful to make our stay enjoyable. There is a minimarket on the 1st floor open every day until midnight and a supermarket just round the corner. The apartment is perfectly equipped, quiet. This was our home away from home. the owners are very nice people, the owner is nice! The room is cozy and quite clean, the bed is comfortable, its hard and soft. the toilet is in good condition, clean water comes from the tap, the sink itself is also clean there are shelves where to put things, the shower is also in a tidy condition, large and good. In addition, there is free shampoo and soap. The kitchen is very nice big and spacious. the view from the balcony is nice and overall generally not small. liked it very much!

I liked how hospitable the property manager was. There was also a kitchen. We went during winter, and she answered my concern about having a hot shower. She managed to deal with my problem and fixed it right away. I took a shower at the right time because of her hospitability.

Oh everything, this place became my home here in UB really, everytime if i went too UB come back here because is clean, nice, safe and also the good location:-) Of course Toro make this place even better, helpful and mindful and also can have great conversations.
