We only stayed here one night because we were visiting friends in the area. Our hosts were helpful, accommodating, and approachable. Our room, a triple, was perfect for the three of us, and a bonus was a spacious bathroom w/ tub. We did not have breakfast, but it smelled wonderful. Wish we could have stayed one more day :)

This is a delightful accommodation option in Fleet. It consists of a room with a spacious en-suite bathroom; both it and the house are immaculate. The hosts, a young couple, are very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and wifi is strong and superfast. The location is excellent, at the heart of Fleet's (limited) action; there's traffic, but the sound insulation provided by the double-paned windows works very well. Note that the pub a block away, The Prince Arthur, serves good and filling breakfasts in the morning.

A basic but very nice home, well kept and with all of the facilities needed for our one-night stay. The home is conveniently placed near to a petrol station and not far from the larger shops and fast food. Everything was as expected however it did take a little figuring out to get the hot water in the shower to work. The beds were moderately firm but not unwelcomingly so and the large 6 seater dining table was perfect for us. I appreciated greatly that the phone was answered immediately even though we'd booked at 9.00pm on the night of check-in.

It was a great location for us visiting sandhurst, just across the road. Close to the town and places to eat. Parking was a huge bonus point for us. There has been a lot of consideration by the owners for their occupants, it feels homely. The property was modern and very clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. Communication was great and informative.

This is my third time staying at this beautiful cottage. It is perfectly fitted out even in winter the underfloor heating is fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend everything about this cute, well appointed cottage to anyone who enjoys a rural extremely natural location with all the features you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. The hosts (Steve and Deborah) were very welcoming and moved their car so that we could park on site. The room was exactly as described by words and photos. Bed was very comfortable. In-room snacks/fruit/drinks were very welcome. Excellent continental breakfast served at the time of our choosing. My wife was taken ill and we had to arrange medical treatment and make very hasty rearrangements - cancellations, new bookings etc (were supposed to fly out of Heathrow at 10am). Steve and Deborah were very sympathetic, accommodating and gave advice. Their calm support was much appreciated at a very stressful time.
