Perfect location: across the street from the gondola, next to the Marche d’Hiver with nice little kinds of entertainment (ice skating, merry-go-round, music and dancing) and drinks, there are multiple shops, bakeries and restaurants super close by, and it’s only a 5min walk to the supermarket. It was across the road from the gondola which I took to get to my skiing lessons. I liked the steam room in the building. I liked the fact that there was a place to leave the skis. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The kitchenette was nice. It was warm and I liked the view.

After arriving after a long drive, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff at the reception. On entering the chalet we immediately loved it. From the large balcony to the decor and also the great facilities. As it was very hot for the first few days of our stay, we appreciated that the bedrooms are located below, ensuring that they remained cool. We chose the location as we planned to do several hikes. Again we were not disappointed as it is an ideal location even if you want to do some local hikes. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening with lovely views and even more spectacular was looking up at the starry skies in the night.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need and more including excellent wifi, cooking utensils, an outdoor area and even a sauna! We were a group of 4 (2 couples) and the apartment had more than enough space. There was 3 bedrooms so it would be perfect for a family or two families as well. There was also a bath and changing table / crib so it is well suited for parents. The free parking was a huge plus which was closeby and there was great heating in the apartment. Sophie also allowed us to check out later as we were staying for a triathlon. Her communication was great and she was very accommodating. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.
