Jade Place is a basement apartment. It was very tastefully decorated and everything was top notch. From the pre visit messages, and checking in to see if I needed anything. 10/10 on service and response times, cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and the couch, laundry facilities for free, workout equipment, everything was provided and all 10 out 10. They have thought about everything! The only thing you need to do is arrive with your clothing and your groceries. As a solo female traveler what I liked a lot about this place was I felt totally secure here. TV free Roku channel, a lot of free channels, can sign into your own account for Netflix or Prime etc, if curling up in front of the tv is your thing. Shopping is a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. Everything is new here. New builds, new neighbourhood, and everything in this apartment is new. Price was terrific. This place is quiet. It's not in the middle of all the action, but it is in the middle of all the sights or places you may want to visit when in the Calgary area. Would definitely stay again Thank you for having me.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and owner is very friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to get on the ring road of Calgary, e.g. to get to Banff or Lake Louise. I went to downtown Calgary by driving to the North Pointe park and ride and then taking the bus.

We are Family coming from Germany "We were truly impressed with our stay at this apartment. The hospitality of the host was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. The free snacks, water, and coffee and tea capsules were a delightful touch, making our experience even more enjoyable. Everything was beyond our expectations. Honestly, this place deserves a higher rating than what is available. It's simply How will I convince the kids to leave the place today. They will definitely be disappointed. It’s a truly fantastic “Rare Find” The upper level was very tastefully furnished & met all our requirements, exceeding our expectations.
