It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Simon is most welcoming person we met in Vietnam, her house is in very good location, not far from the center, on a quiet street, no noise at night. The room is cozy, clean and new with big comfortable bed, there is a large balcony with plants. Also she made us very tasty breakfast and was very kind with us all the time.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. They were able to answer any questions we had regarding the resort and the town. The resort itself is beautiful and our room was GORGEOUS! The dining options were lovely. Delicious breakfast every morning .While not directly in old town, its a short walk (20 minutes max) and they even had bikes available to use free of charge if we had wanted them. Overall, cannot recommend this resort enough. If/when I return to Hoi An I will be back.

They communicated with me after I booked up until I arrived, and allowed me to check in early also. They sent me a list of recs for food, drink, and sightseeing in the city and helped me book a bus to my next destination as well. The rooms are clean and spacious, on a nice quiet street just a few minutes away from the main sites of the city. Truly can’t speak highly enough about the hospitality and kindness of the staff.
