Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Feels like home. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. It is an authentic Vietnamese homestay with a lovely family. Just out of the city, you can feel like a local. Lee and his family are very welcoming and can help with anything you need. They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

I’ve never had a host so amazing in my travels. Communication was very easy and are stay was effortless. We were offered assistance with our bags as there isn’t a lift but for us that wasn’t an issue as only had backpacks and needed to get our daily steps in. The location was great close to the centre but just off the side street which meant it was very quiet. Thank you for everything!!!

Extended one more day.

It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

The location is about a 15-minute motorbike ride from the center. The host was amazing — super helpful and always made sure I felt at home. She also recommended some great local spots in Hanoi. The Japanese-style bathroom was a nice touch, and there’s even a free washing machine on the rooftop. Besides nice balcony :) Totally recommend!
