This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. The apartment is located about a minute walk from the beach. It’s a new apartment and any one can tell it was a carefully planned and nice building. The owners Nico and Karen are super friendly and likable people. When we arrive at the property the owner came her self at the car to greet us do the paperwork and show us around. she was really helpful. The compound is full of flowers, fruits and plants. and the owners were very kind to bring the fruits from their garden to our rooms. When we went to the beach house keeping came and cleaned the room, fold and hanged our clothes, washed the kitchen stuffs we used brought some more fruit. The place is located from a walking distance from restaurants, bars and a cafe. Our flight was in the late afternoon and the owner Nico let us stay late he arranged a pick up and came down him self to the car say good bye. Generally very interesting people and place

Very clean and really friendly staff. Adam and Mervin are great hosts, plus Adam is a great chef, and for a very responsible price, you can have best fish in the world. Highly recommend the place for a great holiday , to rent a car is best to get around Seychelles, for shopping and visit place nearby. There is a beautiful restaurant 2 min walking and the food is delicious. The view and the pool is absolutely beautiful, me and my girlfriend didn't expect to find out that the place is more beautiful than the pictures on booking. Com . We will visit again and we wish Mervin and Adam all the best.

Located within 60 metres of Beau Vallon Beach and 4.2 km of Victoria Clock Tower, Bord Mer Villa provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Beau Vallon. They allowed early check-in & we were offered coffee. Anton is extremely polite & humble. He helped throughout. Provided us with beach towels as well. Room was big & spacious. Had all amenities. Would definitely recommend.

The Villa was big, it had a bathtub and a nice terrace. The stuff was super friendly and takes good care of you and the environment as well. The private beach is beautiful to chill but not good for swimming. Breakfast was delicious - mostly fruit and vegetables from their own garden. Also they have an air to water machine which turns the air humidity into drinking water 💕 you’re allowed to refill your bottle with that!

Featuring a spacious terrace and garden with panoramic mountain views, The Orchard offers accommodation in a quiet area near Barbarons on Mahe Island, 10 km from Port Launay Beach, 11.9 km from Anse Royale Beach and 12.7 km from Anse Soleil. Really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality, everything made us feel comfortable and at ease. Beautiful place, garden and surroundings, nice rooms with comfy beds and a large bathroom. All luxury's available, fully utilized kitchen, and lot's of rooms and terrace's to share. The new WiFi was fast. Enough space to sit inside or outside, and the fresh fruits from the garden are a great addition to the breakfast we got each morning. Thank you Beryl and Alan for doing the utmost to make us feel at home.
