The place was super clean the room has private toilet but for bath you need to reserve the onsen in the facility for private use. We were late to reserve the bath for our use so that we missed the experience of onsen. May be next time. The location is little bit away from the lake but this is a big plus. 10 minute walk from lake to the place was great experience especially at night. In such a safe country and such a safe area, it was great to walk with my family. We saw male and female deers at night. We saw hawks . In the morning when our son opened the window he said there is a mountain. Then i looked and it was Fuji. We forgot the room has fuji view. The breakfast and the coffe was nice and enough for us. We enjoyed the stay there and recommend to anybody who reads this comment
