The playful owner's cat always lifted the mood :D Great location - close to the city centre (max 20-30 min walk to old Tbilisi), close to the metro (9 min), close to Holy Trinity Cathedral, various cafes and shops. The hill that some people mentioned wasn't really a problem. All taxi drivers also found the place. Thanks for the cozy stay!
