The owner, David, really was a superb host! Very kind and helpful with everything. He even threw together a nice spread of cheese and ham for us when we arrived a bit exhausted in the evening on New Years day saving us from having to drive all the way to one of the bigger cities to find an open supermarket/restaurant. Breakfast was very good and upon request they also offer excellent home made dinners in the evening in a nice familiar atmosphere. The place itself is as advertised, offering beautiful views from the terraces where we enjoyed our breakfast and the room itself as well as the shared bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and functional. The area itself is very quiet and with a rental car we found the location to offer a good balance between being able to reach the beach for relaxation and Teide national park for hiking (and there are also some nice local hiking options).

At the guest house, each unit comes with a desk, a TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The units feature a wardrobe. It’s a very nice little hotel in the very touristic part of the town. There’s a lot of natural wood in it, so the place feels vintage. The cleanliness was exceptional. The sheets and towels were cotton and white. Mattress was convenient to me, though the pillow was too high. Some rooms are bigger and have something that can work as a table if you work remotely, but some rooms are smaller and have no table. I lived on the 5th floor, it had a window to the terrace, so there was more day light. The room had blocking-light curtains, so the light did not disturb me in the morning. The showers was nice and clean with a window to ventilate. There was no kettle in the room, but they provided me with it in my request. The price is one of the lowest in the city. Location is central with quick access to many restaurants.
