The balcony was a favorite spot for us, as it offered beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The hosts Sara and Tassos as well as their family, made sure we were feeling like home during our 9-night stay. If you want to experience the culture and local organic cuisine, this is your place. It's the antithesis of mass resort tourism, just what we were looking for to disconnect from our busy office routines. The house itself is big, spacious and beautiful. To our surprise it was very well connected to major highways and relatively central for travelling around the country. The room was comfy and we slept great. Breakfast was tasty and homemade, with jams and products from their own garden. The hosts are also very passionate about animals, ask them for more information on what they do to help Cypriot stray dogs and cats in the area. We also enjoyed the activities offered on site, such as halloumi making. We learnt from Tassos' mother directly, with more than 60 years of experience in cheesemaking! Sara and Tassos' were very helpful with recommendations of what to do everyday and where to eat. Protip: Go eat at Taverna tou Theodosi in nearby Deftera for a Cypriot feast. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. 3rd time at Sophia's cottage, and we can surely say that it feels like home! Our toddler loves it (especially the sofa and the fireplace! 😅)! everything about this little cottage is perfect! Thank you once again for a lovely stay!

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The bed and breakfast features facilities for disabled guests. One of those decisions you were glad you took even for a couples of days! The staff was so caring and helpful, they even upgraded our room with a one with a balcony! The hotel was Christmasy and cozy!! Breakfast was delicious! We are definitely going back!!!

With a private bathroom, units at the bed and breakfast also provide guests with free WiFi. Breakfast was great and even included drinks (we ordered cappuccinos, juices for kids, etc). We thought that for sure we'd get billed extra for those, but nope - those were included as well. Our rooms had a forest view, so relaxing on the balconies was great as well. Would definitely recommend for family stays.

The units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. Apartment had everything you needed, restaurant was huge and food was fantastic. Portions were huge and value for money. Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to sit outside or inside. 1st floor had a communal area to sit outside at night if you wanted and views of the mountains.
