Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting to Sintropia is a bit of a journey (everything is very well explained beforehand), but once you’re up there you won’t want to come back down – and that’s the beauty of it! The garden and especially the pristine clear river right next to the property are a highlight of. There is also an amazing waterfall good for swimming 20minute walk away. Food is also good and the staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful.

The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay the best. Their cute and well-behaved animals were a big plus! The hostel is clean, the beds comfortable and the aircon great (and necessary). Delicious breakfast. Good wifi! Located in a calmer part of Santa Marta with fewer restaurants, although close to the beach. A bit noisy during the evenings due to the traffic outside. Ideal for people traveling in groups or in pairs.

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. We stayed the night before and again the night after we had been to Tayrona. The staff were very friendly and helpful - any questions we had were answered quickly. Breakfast provided was good and they were flexible with timings to suit us. Each ecocabaña has a private terrace/area to sit in which was really great to be able to relax in a hammock. We were able to leave our big bags overnight when we stayed in Tayrona which was really helpful and kind of the owners.
