The air-conditioned bed and breakfast consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathrobes. Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. The property has an outdoor dining area. Kooringa was a beautiful comfortable cottage with a lovely host called Arlene. There was absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable with electric blankets plus a split system in the bedroom as well as the loungeroom so we were toasty warm. The shower was also great, roomy, spotless and with little extras including a shower cap, electric heater, hair dryer etc Arlene also provided cereal, bread, butter, condiments, milk and juice for a nice breakfast and the bread was so nice we had 4 pieces each. There were so many extras including local information, magazines and books to read and when we had a shower there were comfy robes to put on. The entire home was spotless and the gardens were also lovely and it would have been nice to have had more time to sit and relax. We will definitely stay again next time we are travelling through Burra.

Irene have provided fresh baked goods and everything we needed for a breakfast. Having a designated parking space was great. Located right on the main street we were able to walk to shops and resturants.

It has everything you could need if you want to prepare or cook meals, and the hosts (Robert and Caroline) provide a nice self-catered breakfast. They are friendly and helpful, and willing to help in any way. Highly recommended!
