The family that runs the place us so warm and welcoming, constantly surprising us with plates of fruit and food. The facility is brand new. I can't speak highly enough about our experience. It was amazing to see her work in her home with her employees and watch the three of them make the rugs. We videoed them and what a treasure to see the process. She’s very proud of the tradition and art form and with good reason!!! The rooms are nice and very clean. Beautiful view of the lake. The only challenge is the drive and the steepness with a lot of stairs. Don’t book if you can’t climb stairs. Breakfast was all homemade and fresh and brought right on time.

And location is very good: close to the city centre and the bus station, but at the same time very quiet and calm.

The hosts were very helpful with recommendations, and even treated us to some delicious cake for breakfast. The area is lovely, wasn't too busy, lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend coming to the area and staying at Serenity!
