Great location. Very nearby to the tourist spots. Can take bus or grab to the places you want to visit. The owner is a helpful and friendly lady. She even provides a map and guides you. The room was very clean and we had peaceful sleep during our stay. Also near too many popular eateries.

Breakfast was great! fresh fruits, yogurt, hot breakfast choices, located in a quiet lane off the busy street but walking distance to the market, restaurants and a small supermarket right opposite. Annie and her team are just wonderfully hospitable and so helpful, we really enjoyed our stay!

The owner of the homestay was an absolute Gem!! We were not meant to arrive until 9am but our bus absolutely sped through from Da Lat and we got in at 5:30am instead. I noticed the owner was online on what's app at that time so I decided to chance texting him and he graciously came and met us and let us straight into our room a whole 8 hours before check in. He was a lifesaver! He also then let us store our bags from checkout until 10pm too which allowed us to explore the city without huge backpacks. The room was perfect for one night and about a 1 minute walk from the big party street although you could not hear the noise from the room! Thank you so much!!

Definitely the best stay we got in Ho chi minh. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and the guy who received us was very kind. There's everything you need and more😊 like an hair dryer, tooth brush, everything for the shower etc...Definitely worthy!

The host, actually a vietnamese family, are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, has everything you need ... I liked the neighborhood, quiet, Vietnamese (I like areas where locals lives, in general), gehind the guesthouse is a big supermarket, lots of cafes around, including on the main street, also there and restaurants.... 2 nights I came home late, about 10 o'clock, and i felt safe (like everywhere in Vietnam).
