We enjoyed our stay very much indeed. Fatma Akuzun made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. We had coffee, tea & cake on arrival!The Cappadocia Kemer Palace is an amazing place to stay due to it's amazing architecture and relaxing ambience. Although it's position is close to the centre, it is very quiet and peaceful. What made this place very special was the personal family history and hard work that has gone into the restoration of this fantastic building. Breakfast was delicious too. We look forward to our next trip. We were looking for something authentic and traditional, we definitely found it! Thank you and best wishes Fatma.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well equipped. Cleaning is done every day. The hotel is well located 12 minutes walk from the city center of Ürgüp with all its supermarket and restaurant. Erin was such a lovely host. She advice me on the best restaurant and place to do my shopping. And also organizes my transfer to the airport. Plus, as my airport shuttle was very earlier in the morning, she pack for me some delicious breakfast.

The host Aunt Fatma treated us like family warm and attentive. Waking up to a homemade Turkish breakfast on the balcony of a restaurant was unforgettable. The perfect blend of rural life charm and modern comfort. The hotel has cute chickens and goats. The jacuzzi after a day of exploring in Fairy Chimney Valley is like a Heaven. This is the perfect stay! Rooms are nice and big. The location can't be better!!! The best thing was the attention!
